You'll own the Letter of Protection workflow for personal injury patients — confirming attorney representation, securing signed LOPs, and keeping case status current so every treated case is protected through settlement.

Keyresponsibilities.

Verify attorney representation and case details for new PI patients
Request, track and file signed Letters of Protection
Maintain case status logs and follow up with law firms on updates
Send records and bills to attorneys on request
Flag dropped cases, attorney changes and coverage gaps early
Coordinate with billing on reductions and settlement payments

Requiredskills.

Understanding of personal injury and LOP workflows
Clear professional communication with attorneys and paralegals
Case tracking and meticulous documentation
Knowledge of PIP / MedPay and third-party liability basics
Organization across high case volumes
HIPAA-compliant records handling

Preferredqualifications.

1+ year in PI case management, LOP verification or a law office (preferred)
High school diploma required; associate degree a plus
Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus
