You'll turn documented care into collected revenue — preparing and submitting claims, posting payments, working denials and following up on aging A/R across commercial, government and PI payers.

Keyresponsibilities.

Prepare and submit claims on CMS-1500 and electronically
Post insurance and patient payments, adjustments and ERAs
Work rejections and denials; file corrected claims and appeals
Follow up on unpaid and aging A/R
Reconcile accounts and report on collections
Coordinate with coding and verification teams on claim issues

Requiredskills.

CMS-1500 claim preparation and electronic submission
Denial management and appeals
Payment posting and ERA/EOB reconciliation
A/R follow-up and aging analysis
Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS
Payer rules, timely filing limits and HIPAA

Preferredqualifications.

2+ years of medical billing experience
CPB or CBCS certification preferred
PI, chiropractic or pain management billing experience is a plus
